Brewing Guide – Orthodox:
• Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water
• Use about 1.5 – 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2.5 teaspoons) for every 225 ml of water
• Steep tea leaves in hot water at 85°c (158°f) to 80°c (176°f) for 2-3 minutes for the first and second brewing
• Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing
Brewing Guide – Cut, Tear and Curl:
• Add one level tea spoon per cup
• Allow the tea to stand and brew for 2-3 mins
• Add Lemon or Milk or Honey to taste
